All our rates are based on per person per night depending on room category that is available for your family size at the time of depositing.
Children from 7 years old to Adults are the same rate. Depending on Room category
Children 2 – 6 are $69 per night no matter what room category
Children under 2 years old are $25 per night no matter what room category
Which also includes a free refrigerator & pak & play for the entire stay
We also offer special group rates for parties of 5 rooms or more! Call for details.
A 15% service charge and New York State tax (currently 8.80% and subject to change) are added to all bills.
Reservations may only be confirmed with a $50.00 deposit per adult. Rates are all-inclusive and include: accommodations, activities,
three meals daily and the snack bar. We accept most major credit cards. Bills are paid in full upon arrival (sorry no personal checks).
Cancellations must be made two weeks prior to arrival. Meals for all packages begin with dinner on your day of arrival and end with lunch on your date of departure. Sorry, no pets allowed.
