Deposit, Check in Time & Payment:
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. although your room may not be ready until that time, we invite you to arrive earlier and enjoy our facilities. Pack a small bag with a swim-suit and any other gear you might want to use, and have a good time while you are waiting. If your room is ready earlier, we will gladly give you the key. Since all rooms must be prepared for new arrival, we request that you vacate your room at 11:00 a.m. on your day of departure. Luggage storage and changing rooms is available.
$50 per adult deposit will ensure your reservation. Credit card deposits over the phone are recommended; however you may mail a check. Deposit is applied to your last day's stay and will be refunded only if written cancellation is recieved 14 days prior to your arrival date. We bill by full day units with no deductions for meals or facilities not used.
Bills are paid in full upon arrival. Cash, certified checks, money orders, American Express, VISA, Master Card are accepted. forms of payment. Sorry, no personal checks. 15% service charge and 8.80% NYS slaes tax are added to all bills.
15% Service Charge:
Please do not confuse this with gratuities. Our service charge applies only to the basic taxable wage for all of our staff and insures that all areas and facilities will be maintained and fully supervised. We believe that our staff is the finest in ranching. If you feel that you have been given exceptional service, tipping is a nice way to say "thank you". Sorry no pets allowed.
Babysitters, Equipment & Refrigerators:
Advanced notice is needed for babysitter. $10.00 per hour. All equipment is provided at no charge. Deposits may be required. Limited amount of refrigerators at $25.00 extra per stay.
